Pool Passes:
Each individual within a social membership must register with Battleground Country Club and download our app for your virtual ID card. The barcode issued is required for admission to the Recreation Complex and for all purchases.
Pool Opens May 25, 2025 at 11:00 am
We will be open Saturday's and Sunday's only until June 22th
Starting June 24th we will be open Tuesday - Sunday until Labor Day weekend.
Pool use requires proper registration for all family members and their guests. Swimming is permitted only during the posted hours and only when a lifeguard is present. Swimming at all other times is strictly prohibited.

A social member may purchase a season pass for a house guest, babysitter, nanny, grandchildren, grandparent at a rate of $150.00 per Adult or $100.00 per person under 12/over 65.

Cabana Snack Tuesday - Wednesday 11:30 am – 6:30 pm
Note: Because the Cabana Grille is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, members will be able to order from the Grille Room menu and have it brought to the pool ONLY on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Rules and Regulations
Battleground Country Club’s pool will be heated for Memorial Day Weekend. Use of the recreational facilities at Battleground Country Club, cabana grille, men’s and ladies’ changing rooms and four har-tru tennis courts, are open to homeowners of The Grande and The Fairways as part of their HOA agreement. Golf members who enhanced their golf membership by purchasing the social membership are required to follow the same procedures as a social member. Each individual within a social membership must register with Battleground Country Club and download our app for your virtual ID card. Battleground reserves the right to close the recreational facilities due to inclement weather. Battleground may utilize one or more of the recreational facilities for non-member events, but will provide a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice is such an event is scheduled.
Registration
Each individual of a household (maximum of six residents per membership) must register with Battleground by obtaining a barcode on our app, regardless of age. The barcode issued is required for admission to the Recreation Complex and for all purchases. Battleground may exercise the right to deny a member(s) or their guest(s) access should they: a) fail to provide their barcode; b) not be verified as a registered member; c) not be registered as the guest of a member or; d) not maintain their charge account in good standing (balances are due upon the 15th of the month).
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the recreation complex. This includes e-cigarettes.
Cellular Telephones
Cellular telephones may be used for emergency only and out of earshot of other guests. If there is a need for an extended conversation on your cellular telephone, please find a “quiet” area so as to not disturb other guests. IE: grill area, by exit gates
Billing
Battleground provides all services utilizing a charge system whereby each member displays his/her identification card/number. Gratuities, if applicable, may be either written on the check or given in cash directly to the employee providing services. Charges for each month are sent to each member on a monthly statement via email on the first business day of the subsequent month. Account balances are to be satisfied upon receipt of the monthly statement and no later than the 15th. As a matter of convenience, you may set up ACH via our app or the member website www.battlegroundcc.com.
Miscellaneous
The management is authorized to enforce the rules and regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all members and their guests. 1) Running, playing tag, pushing or raucous behavior in the pool and pool area is prohibited. Absolutely no playing is permitted in the changing facilities or dressing areas. 2) Members, guests and children are permitted to change in the Cabana building, however, no one will be permitted in the main clubhouse or pavilion in a bathing suit or bathing attire. Proper attire (dress code defined below) is required in the clubhouse and specifically in the member’s grille and Pavilion. 3) Tables will be provided in both the men’s and ladies’ cabana facilities for the changing of diapers. Diapers are not to be changed in the pool area or on the pool furniture. 4) Injuries, regardless of seriousness, are to be immediately reported to the nearest Battleground staff individual servicing the pool or the Cabana Grille. 5) During peak hours and busy days, children under the age of 18 are expected to relinquish the use of pool chairs to adults.
A MEMBER OR GUEST MAY NOT RESERVE A LOUNGE CHAIR FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT PRESENT AT THE POOL.
The Main Pool
The main pool is open to all members. Inflatables are not allowed in the pool. Including ball play. The use of tubes, life preservers and the like are strictly prohibited. The use of roller blades, roller skates, golf carts, skateboards or bicycles are strictly prohibited in the parking lot, on the pool deck or the walkway areas leading directly to the pool and tennis courts. Appropriate poolside footwear is required at all times while on the pool deck. Members are prohibited from bringing pets into the pool and surrounding pool areas.
Children
A “responsible individual” must accompany children under ten (10) years of age. Management has determined that a “responsible individual” is a person who has attained at least their 14th birthday. Diapered children and children under three (3) years of age are not allowed in the main pool. Children wearing swim-diapers or those under three (3) years of age are permitted in the main pool if supervised by a parent or guardian.
Baby Pool
When operational, a baby pool is reserved for young children. A lifeguard will be on duty whenever possible for the baby pool. The guardian is responsible to watch their children while in the baby pool. Inflatables are permitted for the young children ONLY in the baby pool. Diapered children are NOT permitted in the baby pool; however, swim-diapers are allowed.
Food and Beverage
Food and beverage service is by charge account only (use of your member ID ONLY) from the Cabana Grille. If you are hosting a guest or family, their food and beverage purchases must be charged to the host member’s account. Glass of any nature is strictly prohibited in the pool area and will be confiscated.
No outside food and beverage including coolers on property.
Parties and Catered Events
Members may request to have a party at the pool by contacting the Catering Manager in the main clubhouse. Separate rules, regulations and procedures will apply. A minimum of 21-calendar days’ notice is required. Catered events may not interrupt the use of the facilities by members
Dress Code
The dress code will be strictly enforced outside the pool area. Warm-up suits, cut off shorts, tank tops, gym shorts, Bathing suits, Cover-ups, etc., are not permitted in the members’ area of the main clubhouse, Grille Room, Terrace on the Green and Pavilion. All baseball caps must be worn with the bill facing forward. Please respect our facility and the rights and privacy of our golf members.
Restaurant Access
Social members and their accompanied guests may use the Cabana Grille (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) located at the pool complex. Social members may use the Terrace Restaurant, Grille Restaurant and Pavilion as well. *Please see dress code.

Note: No coolers, personal food or drinks (alcoholic/soft) allowed into the pool area.
When leaving the pool area and entering the Pavilion or clubhouse, we ask you adhere to the dress code for the country club.
